Check Eligibility

Registered as a charitable organization in one of the eligible countries, verified by Google for Nonprofits' validation partner.

Eligible entity types: NGOs eligible for tax-deductible gifts, Charitable Trust, Youth Society, Nonprofit Society, Nonprofit Company limited by guarantee, Islamic Trust Endowment, or Mosque.

Must agree to Google for Nonprofits Additional Terms of Service
Excluded Organizations

Governmental entities or organizations.

Hospitals or healthcare organizations (charitable arms or foundations associated with healthcare are eligible)

Schools, academic institutions, or universities (philanthropic arms of educational organizations are eligible)
4 Steps to Get Started

Check Eligibility
Review the eligibility guidelines above and confirm your organization qualifies for a Google for Nonprofits account. Find your country's specific requirements on the Google for Nonprofits website.

Verify Charity Status
Once eligibility is confirmed, your organization must hold valid charity status in your country. Google's validation partner will verify this before Ad Grants can be activated.

Activate Ad Grants
Use the same login email for your Google for Nonprofits and Ad Grant accounts. Sign in to Google for Nonprofits → click "Activate Products" → "Get Started" under Google Ad Grants → complete the required info → click "Activate".

Launch Your Campaign
Once your activation is approved and you've accepted the email invitation, you can begin setting up your first Ad Grants campaign and start reaching supporters on Google Search.
